Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Abroad Mastero, we are committed to delivering high-quality online coaching for IELTS, PTE, and CELPIP exams. We value our students and aim to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience. If you ever need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy carefully before enrolling.

Secure Payments

We use Stripe as our payment processor to guarantee secure and encrypted transactions. Accepted methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), and internet banking.

Confirmation of Enrollment

After successful payment, you will receive an official confirmation email. Your spot in the course is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Partial Refunds

You can request a cancellation before attending your first live class. In such cases, we offer a partial refund after a nominal administrative fee is deducted. Once you have attended three or more classes, refunds are not available. To initiate a cancellation, please email your request and proof of purchase to info@abroadmastero.com.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for technical issues that prevent access to the course via our platform. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please note that all bought recorded courses or digital materials are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refund Situations

  • Disapproval of the teaching style or course content
  • Missing live classes
  • Unexcused absences or failure to notify us in advance
